Erin hopes to meet you where you're at in your life journey. Asking for help or wanting to change can be an incredibly powerful step. It is her goal to walk alongside you and provide a safe space for growing and healing. It is one of her core beliefs that the work done in the therapy room is not one-size-fits-all, but rather individualized to the needs of each situation.  

 

It can be challenging to navigate life transitions at any age or stage. Erin works with minors who are in 7th grade and older, as well as individuals, couples, and families.

 Erin has experience and training in areas related to:

• Depression

• Anxiety

• EDMR (trauma)

• Women’s issues

• Premarital preparation

• Parenting challenges

• Relationship Challenges

 

When not in the therapy room, Erin enjoys spending time with her senior dog, Suzie, family dinners on the weekends, interacting with her community, and crafting. Erin seems to have a new project every week, whether it’s continuing education, rearranging furniture, scrapbooking, textile projects, or planning the next family trip.
